Made with a curated Northshore roast profile of estate-Grown Nicaraguan coffee imported by Thrive Farmers. As with all importers we partner with, Thrive's mission is to pay producers a living wage for a better world.

Bartenders, retailers, and consumers asked for a coffee liqueur that was not too sweet with a higher alcohol content, and, thus, Café Carib Coffee Liqueur was born!

HOW'S IT MADE?

After meticulous roasting and brewing at high-concentration, our coffee extract is then blended with Worthy Park Estate Jamaican Rum at Five & 20 Spirits. More than a dozen skilled artisans contributed their skills to produce this liqueur like no other.

We've always been fans, but we're even more excited to be partners of Hamilton Rum. We, at Northshore, have had the privilege of interacting with Ed Hamilton several times between rum tastings, educational experiences, and even a podcast episode...so a collaboration just made sense.
