Origin: Corsi Family Process: Dark Room Natural

Tasting Notes: Key Lime, Cranberry Juice, and Rooibos Tea

12oz. Bag

Originally sourced as seeds from Gesha trees in Panama, this unique variety of coffee was cultivated in El Salvador where shorter trees with very high cherry yields were separated and bred for 3 generations…earning the designation “Ethiopian Dwarf.”

At Rodomunho, the Corsi brothers picks from these trees for only ripe cherries which are then fermented in sealed tanks for 80 hours in a dark, cool warehouse. Lastly the cherries are laid out to dry in the same place for roughly 45 days.

This beautiful coffee shows what true dynamic flavor variety can arise from Brazil even with a reputation for bolder more traditional profiles.
