From within Cankuzo Province on the eastern border of Burundi comes this fully washed coffee of the Bourbon variety! Gisoko Washing Station, in Cankuzo, processes the coffees from a multitude of smallholder farms with an emphasis on valuing women producers with females in key roles like Head of Production and Head of Quality. This Bourbon is a tribute to its mountainous, East African region with notes of tart lemon and cherry with subtle notes of vanilla.
