Solomon works to farm alongisde outgrowers in his region. He bought the farm in 2017 and is now working with around 200 small producers. He has dry processing sites in three different areas: Bensa-Huro Tibro, Kokose and Aroresa.
This Natural comes to us from his Kokose site where processing involved picking ripe red cherries, presorting, and then drying on a raised African bed. After checking moisture and finishing additional defect sorting, they put the coffees with Jemfel (dried pods) in a warehouse. (Primavera)
