Jesus and Angela are 4th generation coffee farmers and produce beautiful Colombian coffees on their farm Finca Buenos Aires.
This semi-washed coffee is of the Sidra variety which is thought to have originated in Ecuador! This variety’s natural sweetness, married with Colombian terroir produces a cup with initial notes of buttery salted caramel followed by complex notes of Mandarin Orange Zest and Lemongrass.
